        WAVE pouches are made from natural ingredients that are gentle on the mucous membrane. Mild tingling on first use is normal and will gradually subside. To protect your gums, we recommend alternating the side of insertion with each use - left and right alternately.

        Yes, you can swallow your saliva. Part of the active substances is absorbed directly through the mucous membrane, and the rest is naturally used after swallowing. Do not, however, eat or swallow the pouch itself.

        We recommend taking 4-6 pouches per day. Ideally, spread them evenly throughout the day to achieve the optimal effect.

        Many of our customers use them for morning focus, in the afternoon as an alternative to coffee, or as a pre-workout before training.

        Place 1-2 pouches in your mouth under your lip, and within a few minutes you'll feel a gradual but noticeable increase in focus and energy. You'll know it's working as soon as you start feeling a mild tingling. Keep the pouch in your mouth for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 1 hour. The effects last 1-2 hours.
