Shipping policy

We care about getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We typically dispatch parcels on the next working day after receiving your order. Your goods will be delivered according to the shipping method you select.

Shipping within the Czech Republic

We currently ship via Zásilkovna / Packeta. Additional carriers will be added in due course.

FREE shipping on orders over 80 €

Orders with a value of 80 € or more are shipped within the Czech Republic free of charge (applies to all shipping methods listed below).

Packeta - home delivery - 4,45 €

Packeta courier delivery directly to the address provided in your order. The courier will inform you of the delivery time by SMS or e-mail.

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days.

Packeta - pick-up point / Z-BOX - 3 €

You can collect your parcel in person at one of more than 10,000 Packeta pick-up points or Z-BOX self-service lockers across the Czech Republic. You will be notified by SMS and e-mail when your parcel is ready for collection.

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days.

If you do not receive your parcel within 5 working days, please contact us at zakaznici@wavepouch.cz and we will trace it immediately.

International shipping

At present, we ship primarily within the Czech Republic. We are gradually expanding shipping to other European Union member states. Current availability and shipping prices for international destinations are displayed in the cart during checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via the Shopify Payments payment gateway. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) - pay online during checkout.
  • Apple Pay - if you have Apple Pay set up on your Apple device, you can complete your payment quickly via Apple Pay.
  • Google Pay - if you have Google Pay set up on your Android device, you can complete your payment quickly via Google Pay.

The Seller is not a VAT payer. All prices are stated as final, including any related fees.

Once your payment is processed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and a payment receipt to the e-mail address you provided in your order.
